On Saturday evening, April 2, 2011, Marco Island residents and visitors brought their lawn chairs and blankets to Veteran's Park in Marco Island to enjoy 'Praise in the Park'. The event was sponsored by the New Life Community Church of God of Marco Island for all to enjoy, thank and praise Jesus. The church's choir was spiritually enhancing and many of the patrons joined in with song and dance to 'Praise the Lord in the Park.'
