Most eating establishments never reach the ten year milestone. Cathy O’Clarke’s on Collier Boulevard beat those odds, and Saturday evening, ten years to the day after they first opened with Noel Kingston entertaining, he was back behind the keyboard, as owners Mel and Cathy Slawik celebrated with friends, birthday cake and giveaways.
