With plenty of sunshine and lots of rides and activities it was perfect conditions for a Noon Year's Eve party at King Richard's Family Fun Park.  In anticipation of the 12 noon balloon drop families did everything from speed along in fast paced go carts to live alligator feeding.  At the strike of 12 'King Richard' himself appeared to the delight of the kids while balloons and confetti tumbled down to highlight the celebration. A festive time was had by all.
