On Sunday night, the biggest and brightest will gather at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles for the 63rd Annual Emmy Awards (8 p.m., Fox). Hosted by “Glee’s” Jane Lynch, it may just be one of the stiffest competitions in recent years.
