Rocky Barror, owner of Primo's Deli Cafe at 101 N. Franklin Street, does his book keeping following lunch Tuesday afternoon in Tampa. Barror said that he did see some life during lunch Tuesday, and expects business to pick up, but said that Monday was one of the worst days for sales he's had during his 10 years of ownership. He believes that the weather, combined with the fact that many of his regulars are working outside of the city during the Republican National Convention, were the reason for low sales early in the week.
