Sponsored by the Collier County Junior Deputies and supported by local businesses including Ace Hardware and Home Depot, the day proved that kids really do love fishing.  Lots of kids angled primarily for bass with both enthusiasm and success.  Along the way they could learn about fly tying, cast netting, conservation and more.  After that a rock climbing wall and tortoise rides were available.  The annual event brought the community together with the Sheriff's Department, local businesses and county officials.
