Marco Charter boys soccer team wins conference

Referee Russ Simmons explains what Charter School goalie Jay Vanderjagt is allowed to do on a penallty kick for Southwest Florida Christian Academy. The penalty kick is basically a point-blank shot, with the goalie only able to move to his left or right, not come out of the goal to cut down the angle on the shooter.
