With a sunrise start the kids division took off and had the winners crossing the finish line in just around two minutes and thirty seconds. Next up were the adults with over 800 racers competing in a 5K that was won in 15 minutes 50 seconds. By the 7 am start the streets were lined with spectators many in traditional 4th of July colors. The well organized event was sponsored by gcrunner.org who interested joggers can contact or more info about membership & upcoming events.
