It was kind of a civics lesson disguised as a comedy routine. The disguise was a very good one. Carlos Mencia had the sold out crowd at Captain Brien’s Off the Hook Comedy Club on Marco Island Saturday night laughing and cheering as he took on many of the sacred cows of our society.
