Only in Goodland could you see an old toilet used as a planter in someone’s front yard, said winter resident Jim Seegers, standing outside the Community Center Saturday morning. Inside the Community Center, the Goodland Civic Association was holding their pancake breakfast, bringing in what association president Joanie Fuller said looked to be a record crowd.
