Soon after sunrise the first cars pulled off Corkscrew road and into the CREW hiking trail head. There they were met by noted naturalists and botanists who would lead them on educational hikes identifying and giving some natural history on over 80 species of wildflowers. Additionally reps from various Florida environmental commissions and agencies were there with info and advice while vendors offered everything from signed books to photos and homemade walking sticks ready for good use. Executive Director Brenda Brooks hopes the public learns more about this great resource and they can here: http://crewtrust.org
