Hannalie Trieber works hard at selling a handbag to a male visitor.
Say you were in the market for a handbag. Some inexpensive bracelets or watches. Miscellaneous ceramics, $10 tutus, or a windup ballerina doll. Perhaps you need a Cuisinart, a hair dryer, or any in a wide range of mah jongg accessories.
For these and an eclectic range of accessories, puzzles, trivets, games and tchotchkes, the Five-Hour Sale starting Monday morning at the YMCA. Hosted in the Y's gymnasium, the sale was organized and presented by the ladies of the Jewish Congregation of Marco Island. The slogan for the event was "holiday gift bargains for the whole family," and the Y and JCMI will share in the proceeds.
