Lakeside Country Bash 2013

Chris Bradshaw/Special to the Daily News
A soggy Sunday morning gave way to afternoon sun and a cool evening as thousands of area country music fans moseyed on down to the 5th annual Lakeside Country Bash at Lakes Park in south Fort Myers on December 15. The all-day event brings in top-notch and emerging country artists with proceeds benefitting the Lakes Park Enrichment Foundation which helps Lee County Parks & Recreation enhance Lakes Park's environmental aesthetics, wildlife habitat and recreational amenities for the community. Past performers include Darius Rucker, Sugarland, Blake Shelton and Alan Jackson. This year's line-up included headliner The Band Perry along with Joe Nichols, Josh Thompson, Craig Campbell, Cole Swindell, Clare Dunn and southwest Florida's own Grayson Rogers Band. Above, Joe Nichols performs.
