Frank Oakes, owner of Food and Thought organic market and restaurant with his seedlings behind the market Monday October 9, 2006. After organically grown seedlings sprout, he takes the tomato's, broccoli, strawberries, and other greens to the Oakes Organic farm near Corkescrew Swamp Sanctuary to grow before being harvested and transported back to his market to be sold.
