The judge ruled that Rowles is delinquent, the juvenile equivalent of guilty, of shooting and killing his mother Kelly Ann Rowles, 39, inside their residence in 2010. The Judge said he did not believe Rowles intensionally killed his mother, but that he was negligent because he understood how to use the gun, and the consequences of of pulling the guns trigger. Rowles will remain free until his disposition, the juvenile equivalent of sentencing, hearing on February 12.
