Dania Maxwell/Staff Jonathan Rowles's grandmother, second left, sits in a Collier County courtroom moments before the verdict is decided about her grandson's juvenile case on Friday, January 4, 2013 in Naples, Fla. The Judge found Rowles delinquent, the juvenile equivalent of guilty, of manslaughter. Although the judge did not believe Rowles intensionally killed his mother, he did believe he was negligent because he understood how to use the gun, and the consequences of pulling the rifles trigger. Rowles will remain free until his disposition, the juvenile equivalent of sentencing, hearing on February 12.
