Jonathan Rowles, 15, walks out of trial where the verdict of his case was decided while an unidentified person, center, blocks a cameraman from filming at a Collier County courtroom on Friday, January 4, 2013 in Naples, Fla. The judge ruled that Rowles is delinquent, the juvenile equivalent of guilty, of shooting and killing his mother Kelly Ann Rowles, 39, inside their residence in 2010. The Judge said he did not believe Rowles intensionally killed his mother, but that he was negligent because he understood how to use the gun, and the consequences of pulling the trigger.
