Over one thousand classic, exotic and pure old muscle cars blanketed the pavement at Germain Arena in Estero, Saturday January 19, 2013. Inside the main arena, the best of the best were on display, “on the rocks you can say” as the ice was covered to accommodate a few dozen of the most spectacular, perfectly detailed vehicles in the state of Florida.
West Coast Muscle Car Club’s 9th Annual Car & Truck Show attracted hundreds of car enthusiasts who were reminded of the good old days when many of them drove these exact vehicles for the first time.
Larry Mazzara of Naples stated “This is one of the most spectacular car shows I’ve ever seen, it is an absolute blast from the past for me”.
All proceeds from the charity event go to help support Shriners Hospital for Children as well as Make-A-Wish Foundation and Harry Chapin Food Bank. The days total proceeds are expected to top $100,000.
