Nancy Graham, principal of Naples High School, smiles during an interview after being named the next Lee County School District Superintendent on Tuesday, May, 28, 2013, in Fort Myers. The school board offered a temporary contract to Graham, a former Lee County educator, that will start next month and will expire within a year or at the end of a nationwide candidate search. Graham will bridge the gap between Superintendent Joseph Burke's retirement and the naming of the new superintendent. Graham will be a candidate in that search.
