'I'm so unhappy about having to do this,' Dohme said. The intersection of Quail Forest Blvd. and Forest Lakes Blvd. have continuously been flooded due to slow draining and a very rainy season. South Florida Water Management District officials said recently 2013 marked the wettest April to July period since 1932. The month of July was the wettest month since 2001.
