Ivan Wang shares mooncakes with other students gathered at the Community School of Naples to celebrate the Moon Festival on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013. The event brought together the Chinese and American students participating in the International Ambassador Program, to exchange culture. Chinese students shared mooncakes with the American ambassadors, which are traditionally offered between friends and family gatherings while celebrating the harvest. Mooncakes have a Chinese character imprint on the top that symbolizes 'longevity' or 'harmony.'
