  • Over 18,000 Easter eggs were used for this year’s hunt.

  • Children at the Royal Scoop Easter Egg Hunt cleared the field of eggs in record time. The 16th annual event featured large crowds, fun and games, and over 17,000 candy-filled eggs at the First Baptist Church in Bonita.
  • To compete in the egg cone race, you had to move fast, but carefully. The Royal Scoop Easter Egg Hunt offered numerous chances for kids to get dirty.
  • They're off! Children at the Royal Scoop Easter Egg Hunt head out into the field with baskets at the ready. The 16th annual event featured large crowds, fun and games, and over 17,000 candy-filled eggs at the First Baptist Church in Bonita.
  • Chesna Saxton, 7, signed up for the ice cream eating contest before she was told it was no hands allowed. For a good little girl, putting your face into the bowl doesn't always come naturally.
  • To compete in the ice cream eating contest, you had to be willing to put your heart, and your face, into the effort. The Royal Scoop Easter Egg Hunt offered numerous chances for kids to get dirty.
  • Incoming! They say you never see the one that gets you, and maybe Randy Spurling, 5, lost it in the sun. He had been doing great in the egg toss game at the Royal Scoop Egg Hunt up to that point.

The Royal Scoop Easter Egg Hunt was held Saturday, April 3 in Bonita Springs. The 16th annual event featured fun, games, and over 17,000 candy-filled eggs.
