Irma Biddle snapped this photo of a great horned owl nest near Fieldstone on Marco Island. Irma writes, 'My biggest surprise was Mama owl sitting on a bush 3 foot off the ground. At first we wondered if she was injured, however I suspect that an owlet was hiding underneath the bushes and Mama was staying as close as possible.'
