Description
This intimate bistro is a bastion of French home-style cooking graced by North African touches.
It's also a very comfortable and extremely stylish space. Chez Boet French Home Cooking's menu pays homage to the owners' experiences at family bistros and small country inns across France - the fare is primarily organic with herbs grown on the premises.
Even the Chez Boet's dishes that sound decadent are still healthier than standard restaurant fare, like a Moroccan stew - sea bass poached in clam juice and white wine with fresh rosemary, kalamata olives, veggies and potatoes.
Serving up classic French comfort food along with Moroccan tagines. Healthy dishes draw fabulous flavors from extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs. Formerly Bamboo Cafe, this restaurant was voted 2007 Choice Champion Best French, named "Best New Restaurant 2004" by Naples Illustrated.
Bamboo Café draws its culinary inspiration from cozy Parisian bistros. Live piano Thursdays, Fridays; club night Saturday: DJ and dancing; Smooth Jazz Sundays with guitarist Tom E. Gordon. Full bar and extensive wine list.
Ample parking in rear. Private room and catering available through the deli, Le Comptoir. Now serving Graeter's ice cream.
