A lot can be guessed about this restaurant from the name. At the China Star buffet, there is a menu with dishes like Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. And then there is the buffet, a spread spanning three counters that runs the gamut from sushi to dessert and everything in between. For $10.95 from Monday through Thursday, and $11.95 on Friday and Saturday, hungry patrons can eat until their heart’s content. Don’t worry, there’s more than just rice and noodles here. The buffet has enough seafood and ribs to satisfy the biggest of appetites. Senior citizens over 65 get a 10 percent discount at the buffet, and for children under 10, it’s about half off. The lunch buffet is a bargain at $6.95.
