Description
Who’d expect to find truly fine French fare just a croissant toss away from Kmart and a sub shop? Escargot 41 is in the kind of tiny storefront that usually houses a pizzeria or bagel joint, which it did at one time.
The stylish cuisine — made to order by Chef Patrick using home-grown fresh herbs and the best ingredients — is served in an equally stylish setting. Artwork is tasteful, floral arrangements are fake but fabulous. An elegant wine rack displays about 300 labels.
Chef Patrick’s food is classic but not heavy, and make sure you try a dessert – they’re all made from scratch on the premises.
