Description
Located in the center of town,the fourteen-acre Sports Complex neighbors the middle and high schools. Its gymnasium fills with students for drop-in basketball each afternoon. The complex is also home to the Immokalee Indoor soccer league and the exclusive site for children's and adult swimming lessons. Because they are the only facilities of their kind open to the public within a forty-five mile radius, the fitness center and pool serve a large and diverse constituency, including Immokalee's permanent and seasonal residents, people from nearby Lehigh and Golden Gate Estates, and those who work in Immokalee but live elsewhere.
