About Palm Cottage - Naples Historical Society

Description

Naples Historical Society’s Historic Palm Cottage, a house-turned museum, was built in 1895 and is the oldest house in Naples. It was registered as a landmark in the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The antiques-filled cottage, a rare surviving example of tabby mortar construction, is open for guided tours year-round. Tuesday through Saturday, 1-4 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults, and free for members and children 10 and under. Reservations are not required.

■ The Cottage Theater, a 16-seat venue inside Palm Cottage is the perfect place to view the Telly Award Winning film created from Naples pioneering families.

■ The Norris Gardens at Palm Cottage at Palm Cottage is a unique garden collection that showcases Naples landscape history. Private tours are available year-round. Reservations required.

Also, walking tours of the Naples Historic District will be made available every Wednesday year-round. Admission is $16 and reservations are required.
