Features exotic dishes from different Islands of the Caribbean and some Southern dishes, such as fresh salmon steak in home made tomato sauce, Shrimp creole, Spicy fried shrimp, Jerk pork and Jerk chicken with Peas and Rice done the Jamacian way. Stewed chicken and beef, curry chicken, garlic port, caribbean sauteed veggies and caribbean slaw or salad. Caribbean skewers, Caribbean Pumpkin soup, Avocado soup, fried plantains, fried sweet potatoes and home made crab cakes with calypso sauce, Osyter stew. The southern dishes will be each friday Fried cat Fish with hush puppies and slaw, cheese grits, spoon rolls, cloud biscuits, black bean soup, chicken and dumpling soup. Country fried steak with gravy, southern fried chicken, cornbread, corn succatash, Jambalya pasta and other pasta dishes. Dessert will be Sweet poataoe souffle, Red velvet cake, Coconut cake, Mango cheesecake. All are homemade. There is also a kids menu that features the ever famous, Mac & Cheese, homemade of course, grilled cheese with fries, pig in a blanket, chicken fingers, peanut butter and jelly.
