Their vision for the restaurant is to provide a global menu representing dishes from around the world and some influenced by the Chef's Island Heritage.
Great food made with fresh and organic ingredients (when available) at reasonable prices is their goal.
Lunches are between $8 to $11 with a wide variety of Salads, Sandwiches and Small Plates and Dinner entrees mostly under $20.
The variety of the menu and the quality of the food has already made great impressions, some have called it "fine dinning at affordable prices" and other mentioned "they take your taste buds around the world."
The wine list follows the same rule as the menu, the list is based on a 3 tier program and starts at $7 a glass and $18 a bottle. The wine list is composed of great finds, familiar faces and of course a selection of Chef’s favorite bottles.
