Why? If you've got money to throw away, give it to a good charity. The city has gotten a windfall with the drastic increase in taxes over the past two years. The city doesn't need more money.

watering our lawns. We can't have reuse water as
there isn't enough to go around, I was told. Therefore, reuse water sold to those lucky enough to
get it, should pay 75% of what the rest of us pay.

Anything less then 100% of the potable rate is a bargain. Sell it to me and I would gladly pay 75% of the potable rate.
