Just because you are poor doesn't make you a criminal. Our Governor is a criminal. He committed medicare fraud, was fired from his job, and than was paid millions. He pleaded the 5th seventy-five times.If it had been a civil trial that would have been grounds to indict him.

Just because you are being hired for a job doesn't make you a criminal either but they still make you take a drug test and that's just FINE with me. Only those with something to hide would be concerned or ticked off about having to take a test to prove they are clean.

Read the fourth amendment to the Constitution. Of course it's unconstitutional. So is drug testing of job applicants. So is the outrageous treatment we are subjected to by airport screeners. So are DUI checkpoints, as well as "Driving while Hispanic" stops in Immokalee. Don't forget "stop and frisk" laws, "no knock" laws and dozens of other laws.
We need more judges who will enforce the Constitution.
