 The owner of Sunshine Pharmacy in Naples and his 73-year-old mother were charged today with federal health care fraud. The complaint, unsealed today, says that Del Holmes Parrish, 44, conspired to submit fraudulent claims for several high-cost medications, including antidepressants and an appetite stimulant at 15 times the usual prescribed dosage.
