Biography
Leigh Tahirovic is a newspaper and magazine editor for Naples News Media Group. She has always had a nose for the news, and got her start in high school journalism and yearbook. In college, Leigh honed her writing talents by majoring in English and eventually graduated with a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University in 2000.
Leigh heard the ocean calling and relocated to Naples, Florida, in 2001. She continued her journalism career by working for a small community newspaper, named the Naples Sun Times. And when Scripps acquired the weekly publication, Leigh joined the Naples team.
Leigh still lead the Naples Sun Times editorial staff, and took command of Marco Magazine in 2008.
