Who is Ed Mezvinsky?...

Edward "Ed" Mezvinsky born January 17, 1937, is a former Democrat congressman.

As a Democrat, he represented Iowa 's 1st congressional district in theUnited States House of Representatives for two terms, from 1973 to 1977.

He sat on the House Judiciary Committee that decided the fate of Richard Nixon.

He and the Clinton's were very politically intertwined for years.
In March 2001, Mezvinsky was indicted and later pleaded guilty to 31 of 69 charges of bank fraud, mail fraud, and wire fraud.

He was sentenced to 80 months in (Federal) prison.
Ed Mezvinsky embezzled more than $10 million dollars from people via both a Ponzi scheme and the notorious Nigerian e-mail scams.

After serving five years in federal prison, he was released in April 2008. He remained on federal probation through 2011, and still owes $9.4 million in restitution to his victims.

So who is he?

He's Chelsea Clinton's father-in law.

Benghazi was a result of, as she said, a video not Hillary's absolute failure to either recognize the problem or for whatever reason to ignore the potential danger to those poor people who died because of her lack of "understanding" the enemy.

In my mind she contributed to their deaths by her failure to act accordingly.

If "Benghazi Jane" thought she was capable of doing the job she was appointed to do, then she must be prepared to face the consequences of her failure that caused the death of Americans on American soil.

If you are a cop? You would know that in most cases you can't enter my home without a warrant. Most cops are dumb, so I don't expect you to know that. The people living in that area must have been scared to death having no way to protect themselves on an equal footing thanks to the great state of Mass trampling their second amendment rights. In watching the coverage I was amazed at the hardware the Boston PD had. They appear better equipped than our military boys on the ground in Afghanistan. What are they preparing for? All that hardware and technology and the idiots couldn't find a 19 year old boy. A citizen did. While sequestered in their own home.

If you ask a home builder, you will find there are differences between MICA, and the City codes, such as setbacks that cause problems, and need to be worked out.

You bring up an excellent point, and I will check it out through the structural engineer in Naples who designed it, and see if he was asked for any input on Smokehouse Bridge, which should be changed to the Blue Smoke and Mirrors Bridge.

I have to admit, this is one of your most intelligent posts.

First of all, I have asked why the existing cannot be repaired at a much lower cost than replacing it, and why an Engineer was not hired to make that assessment, but never received an answer from anyone. The money the City spent on the design process would have been more than enough to pay for it.

Second, the lineal foot price difference you have figured out deserves an honest explanation, and if the figure is right based on the “selected design”, or “eye appeal” mandate, than the City needs to have an Engineer design an alternate bridge, which does one thing: It gets you over the waterway. I don’t care what a bridge looks like as long as its functional, and does not cost almost twice as much as the S.S. Jolly Bridge.

This sounds like the same “Deal” brought upon “We the Tax Paying People” by our “Politicos” at the time when the Veterans Park was purchased from a local developer for over three times the square foot price of comparable properties. This fact was based on a number of appraisals that were performed at the time, and only the highest one was considered.

America is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?
Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper and everybody cries when they sing, ‘It’s Not EasyBeing Green’. Occupy the Anthill stages a demonstration in front of the ant’s house where the news stations film the SEIU group singing, We Shall Overcome. Then Rev. Jeremiah Wright has the group kneel down to pray for the grasshopper’s sake, while he blasteds the ants.

President Obama condemns the ant and blames President Bush 43, President Bush 41, President Reagan, Christopher Columbus, and the Pope for the grasshopper’s plight.
Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share. Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity & Anti Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning of the summer.

The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the GovernmentGreen Czar and given to the grasshopper. The story ends as we see the grasshopper and his free-loading friends finishing up the last bits of the ant’s food while the government house he is in, which, as you recall, just happens to be the ant’s old house, crumbles around them because the grasshopperdoesn’t maintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow, never to be seen again.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident, and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the ramshackle, once prosperous and peaceful, neighborhood.

The entire Nation collapses bringing the rest of the free world with it.

MORAL OF THIS VERSION: Be careful how you vote.

You might want to send this on to other ants like yourself. Don’t waste time with grasshoppers, they have no incentive to understand.

The Obama voters are just beginning to wake up and understand the error they made when they voted for ObamaCare, which I’m sure they thought was going to be free.

Over the last few months, I have had the opportunity to talk to business owners from all over our Once Great Country, and they all say the same thing regarding the reduction of full time employees to part time, so they will not be required to provide their health care, even if they were already doing it.

The next shock comes when the now part time employee needs to work two jobs, and must provide for their own health care, at their expense, or pay a fine, and as the article in my previous post says, the cost will sky rocket.
