Seems to me Avenger, what Barfieldfly and the others are saying is the sentiment amoungst our citizens, at least from what I'm hearing.

This is borderline criminal.
There's one and only one reason for pushing this lift station forward.
Those who vote in favor must someday be held responsible.

Mr. Farmer you certainly have a way of making freinds.
Going back in the archives and looking at some of your columns I am astounded at your inflammatory name calling and escalating rhetoric in your speak.
I believe your enemies should be allowed to have a representive columnist as well(for if nothing else) to defend ourselves against your sophmoric offensive writing style.
jwputnam maybe onto something here.
NDN are you listening???

Butch Neylon, truely a great guy and deeeply committed to returning this city to the paradise it's suppose to be.
I'd wish you luck but I really don't think you'll need it.

Godfrey Davies will not be bullied, embarrased, spoken down to..spoken up to.
He will not be influenced by anyone interest or any threat.
He has as many people pissed off at him on his side as well as the other side.
He's tough, he tells it like it is, he rubs people the wrong way and doesn't regret any decision he makes. I've wanted to kick the big Welch bastard in the as% myself on several occasions.
So with that said, Godfrey Davies is the epitome of the guy you would most want in the 'foxhole' with you, and anyone who knows him know exactly what I mean.
Like him or not he's steadfast in his goal - undoing the wrongs of a government that has lost the people.
History is repleat with leaders like Godfrey, not popular, but are willing to do what ever it takes to do what is RIGHT.
(and may I dare quote)
'Never in the history of Marco has so many owed so much to so few'
So in a year or so from now, when our
neighborhoods are coming back in focus and our voices are once again strong in our local gov't, you raise a toast in honor of this Welch sob - and then get on with life in paradise.
