As we've seen in the past...Marco Island's real estate market can change almost over night. I wouldn't wait too long to buy.

Turn it into a positive. Give free passes to Marco residents with their tax bill. Offer annual, seasonal, monthly and worker passes...take the money and put it towards our infrastructure, beach renourishment, sewer, water, Tract K...I'm sure we could find a number of ways to save our residents some money. We are going to have 10,000+ families within 15 minutes of our bridge wanting to use our beaches, parks and boating facilities...LET THEM PAY!

Why not turn the toll into a positive. Give free passes to Marco residents with their tax bill. Offer annual, seasonal,worker passes and take the monies and put it towards Marco infrastructure, beautification, beach renourishment, etc...We are going to have 20,000 families within 15 minutes of our bridge looking to use our beach and boating facilities...LET THEM PAY!

Alot of people forget that the original developer of Hideaway Beach bought the Caxambas Park boat ramp and gave it to the county in lieu of having to offer public access. In addition the proprty owners of Hideaway have been assessed extra tax dollars since 1989-90? when they started renourishment of the whole Island and still have a special tax district set up...strictly for beach renourishment.
