How about an Annual Iguana Roundup followed by an Iguana Drive to Mackle Park for the Annual IguanaFest and Dance.
Classic recipes abound on the internet for preparing Iguana. We could even host it as The Marco Island Annual Iguana Chili Cook Off! It's certain to be a crowd pleaser. :)
