Putnam, you are truly an imbecile! Stay away from our children and our schools as you know nothing about our community. Also, please keep endorsing Sanchez because he is not liked and neither are you. You call us the syndicate but we are simply the majority. I do not want my name and address released by the school and I will fight it. I am also trying to get some community leaders to run against Sanchez so he will not poison our school!

More misinformation jw! The Marco Man cost the city $10k not $50k. As for the parks, you are so detached from Marco Island and its residents its crazy. There were hundreds of Island volunteers who built that park for our children in the rain. My husband and I, our friends, grandparents, children and many civic minded people joined together to make a wonderful park for our kids. Why were'nt you there Mr. Putnam? Don't bother answering that, you were probably at your full-time residence up north somewhere. It amazes me that the people who complain the most do the least!

Mr. Putnam, I see you got a little help from some bloggers, or your alias'. Either way, you started a fight you cannot finish and you lied repeadely...both are enough for me to stop any further communication with you .

Mr. Putnam, all I know is that Terri was very upset at emails she received from you. I didn't see them but you can count on the fact that I will do a public records request and find them...stay tuned.

Mr. Kiester, my husband and I started to like you and felt you were a good addition to the council. We realized that the political climate several years back was not a good one and even though we didn’t always agree with your votes, we felt that you were a very good councilor with good judgment. That all changed at the recent forensic audit meeting when you were so mean to that poor auditor. Then you brought up your Sunshine violations, something we forgot about. Up until this time we had planned to support you in your reelection bid but we are reevaluating that now; there is no place for your aggressive behavior on council. We watched the meeting on channel 99 and my five year old was quick to point out you said “dam it.” I admit as a parent it’s not the first time he’s heard that word but we expect more from our elected officials. It seems you want to get even with anyone that opposed you. What about all of the negative things done to the councilors that supported the STRP, i.e. recall attempts, lawsuits, personal property damage, threats, etc. Those councilors took the high road and moved on; it is unfortunate that you didn’t do the same! Please re-instill our faith in you and stop all of the negativity.
