I would really for once love to read a real restaurant review and not all these extras that most people don't care about. These restaurant articles tend to be quite long, dull and don't invite your readers to visit these places. (Or even finish the article). These chefs are mostly very interesting and if written well these stories could be quite the read but nevertheless still would not fit the restaurant review category.
