According to the internal investigation, a caller contacted Officer Hector Diaz on his personal cell phone on April 21 to report that a stolen Bentley from Illinois was parked between Ne Ne’s restaurant and Joey’s Pizza. The caller also stated that Oliverio may be driving the vehicle...........WHY DID NOT OFFICER DIAZ,NOT TELL THE CHEIF THAT THE DRIVER WAS OLIVERIO....ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED

I am very rarely included in what you call "the entitlement group" (some of you sound a little angry over what should be a simple discussion among adults), but I feel there should be sound reasons for rules. I make my own daughter follow the rules, no matter what the reason behind them, but that doesn't mean I agree with rules that have no purpose. I have NEVER heard of a prom where kids HAD to arrive at a certain time or they would not be allowed in. I am just curious as to the reason behind the rule. Does anyone know why they had to arrive at a certain time (I know many of you will say it doesn't matter what the reason, but I disagree and would like to know)?

hey flea, are you the cop who was fired because he would not give up hanging with a felon. raypray you would not be on the util committee would you, city staff and carr have friends who are loyal, who can see this is a smear campaign because loser cliff would not do his job, you all wanted staff removed, would you not start with someone who was not doing his job, and remember, alot of staff live here, are you saying they should not relax with their friends after work, and the carrs have alot of friends at the esplanade to relax with who are there too, do you not go to the esplanade, i bet you just watch to see who on staff will make a mistake, oh that's right, you do not drink, just spy on staff, what a sad state of a city this would be if any of you were on council, better count your friends before you slam staff or the carrs

Fact is that officer Derrig is young he probley know more about poloce work than any one on the force including the Cheif. Considering he was involved with this dirtball who tampered with evidence, well you do the math. Henning has a bigger problem here. The AG's office will now have to look at his old cases to see if that evidence was good. This is just the start of his problems.

And we know how thats gonna pan out for Kevin....I can count on both hands cases that had to be droppped due to bad or made up evidence....Good Luck.
