There's a shock, another good employee of Marco Island leaving. They will soon be left with all the mutts they want, because any good employee they have ever had, gets chased out. Good Luck Dana, you did a Great job in Marco and I hope SC knows what a great guy you are.

MARCOEYE, I wish you weren't such a coward hiding behind a blogger name. It is typical of the Marco losers. Kevin and Jennifer, I wish you two a speedy and painless recovery. Kevin you know if you need ANYTHING you can contact me. Sometimes I wish I didn't leave Marco so I could deal with ignorance like MARCOEYE, but I have moved on to better things. Kevin, good luck in your recovery, know there are A LOT of people who do care about you and wish you the best. MARCOEYE, go back to one of the local bars and drink your wasted life away and then go get another DUI, because you sure sound like one of the Marco LOSERS we have dealt with. Unlike you, I don't hide behind a blog name.
GOOD LUCK KEVIN AND JENNIFER

Congrats to you CHIEF Carr. I hope you take care of these guys, they are good cops and past leaders of the dept. have chased away a lot of GOOD cops. Maybe now that they have a leader who can make a decision, the department will be heading in the right direction. Congrats to you Carr, and good luck guys, I can see good things coming your way now. Hopefully hanging in there this long will pay off. Maybe if you had good leadership before, the good officers that left may have still been there.

You don't have to be drunk on alcohol to be impaired, so if you are going to write something have the facts first. Just as many people are DUI and hurt innocent people from other drugs as alcohol. It is just harder to detect these things if you don't have the extensive training. This kid is no first timer to the police for this type of thing, and they should show his drug levels if they are going to show a victims levels who did the right thing by walking. This kid should be charged but the USELESS system in Collier will let another criminal go again. Just sweep things under the carpet Collier Courts, it makes things go away so you don't have to actually do your job. I bet if that was a Marco officer, they would have charged him with everything they could have thought of though. It's a horrible system in Collier, the officers should not be blamed for trying to file charges and the wonderful state attorneys office not filing, they can only do so much. Don't worry though, he will screw up again, and maybe next time he will hurt himself and not others.

There's a shock, Collier County Courts not prosecuting a case, like it should come as a shock to people, but they TRY to prosecute the police without even thinking twice. Things will never change in Collier County.

DUI Investigator C. Lugo, now I have seen it all. Chief Investigator P. Beucler, I hope that is worth another 5% Pete.

Hello oldmarcoguy, this is OMalley. I'm flattered that you would want me back in Marco, but that will NEVER EVER happen, thanks. I think like you said Kevin is a good cop and I know first hand that he is a GREAT father to his boys. As far as Carr goes, I would never get involved with whatever people think he does or has done and I don't think this is the place for that anyway. I am glad I looked at this article, it is so interesting how many ignorant and childish people are still in this town. I think it is great how people love to slander people, especially when they have no idea what is really going on or even the truth. People should get the facts before they try to slander someone publicly, like this blog. Anyway, good luck to all the applicants, I hope they know what they are going to be up against. The only good thing about that department, is that there are alot of very good officers that work there, who are very under appreciated by ignorance within the community. GOOD LUCK GUYS, I hope you get a new chief who is going to stand up for you guys and treat you like humans. I'll talk to you guys soon.

There's another one of Marco's finest criminals. They make the job of the police so easy. From what it seems, this guy is America's Worst Criminal. Give it up, your not criminal material, you get caught every time.
