Here's a crystal ball,

By this time next year interest rates will be 10% and climbing, Americas debt, that has to be rolled over each year because we can't pay it, will be so high Government will begin cutting essential services, the stock market will nose-dive, people with retirement accounts will lose nearly everything, those living on investments will lose all interest dividends, inflation will be 10%(yearly) and rising rapidly causing the price of nearly everything to skyrocket, the government bailouts will finally end , because they just can't print anymore money due to the fact that the rest of the world will no longer have confidence in the dollar, and businesses that rely on government bailouts and subsidies will fail left and right. The paper gold market will collapse and leave everyone that doesn't hold actual gold left holding nothing but a fancy piece of paper, martial law will have to be declared (which the government is already gearing up for) and even more suspension of civil rights will be enacted (even though the latest Presidential Executive Order, the NDAA, and HR347 already do a pretty good job of curtailing them).

Obama will be re-elected, although it wouldn't matter if it was Romney, Santorum, or Gingrich, the outcome will still be the same.

The Federal Reserve Bank will finally (way too many years late for any good) implode on itself and most of us will begin wearing clothes, eating food, and buying goods and services that come from local sources because we won't be able to get anything else.
Then the nation will rebuild itself and try this grand experiment over again with the knowledge that giving up the principles of the U.S. Constitution was a folly.

Written on Little hope in America's Future (Council for Constitutional Principles):

I have little doubt we will also continue to subsidize big oil, pollution, the rape of our natural resources, the banking vultures, and outspend by six times the rest of the world combined on our military presence almost everywhere.

I expect we will continue to outkill muslims.

I expect we will continue to teach dogmas instead of education in our schools.

I expect the mainstream media on both sides of the aisle will continue to lie to us and the American people will continue to be the most un-informed modern populace on the planet.

I expect if the recent Florida primaries are any indication, the Tea Party has died.

Too bad, it could have been a catalyst for real change instead of a corporate tool to get government out of the way of profits at any cost.

Written on Biodiversity Matters (Ecology Matters by Duke Vasey):

One of our greatest threats for humans is the lack of biodiversity in our food crops. Modern day bio-engineered foods by companies like DOW Chemical and Cargill are killing off strains of crops that have natural defenses against pests and disease. The modern day practice of single-crop farming is leaving soil depleted and crops reliant upon massive amounts of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. DOWs introduction of Round-Up and the creation of food crops that resist it alone has infected food sources nearly everywhere in the world.
Bio-diversity of plants and animals is what insures their long term survival. Their long term survival is what insures ours.

Written on What about those veterans who continue to die because they can’t afford health insurance? (The Science and Health Blog by Dr. Allen Malnak):

First we spend trillions of dollars to send our men and women all over the world to support an agenda of Imperialism and then bring them home broken and forget them.
Long live the giant Multi-National Corporations that suck the life from the planet.
