Hi Tara - Your Father would be so proud of you! Good luck in your new venture - I think the Esplanade is the perfect spot for your steakhouse. Do not let any of the negative comments get to you. You know as we were taught in Jersey - take care of your family, you, & your business. Remember you have a tremendous customer base & following - you'll do great. Save the Espinoza family some seats.
