Bottom line is Bill Moss is an evil dictator who can never admit he is wrong. Every citizen should have the right to protect their property without penalization from a power hungry city manager and city council.
You want your money back Flowerpower? I'll personally pay you back but only after City Council pays me back for usurping the cap all these years and totally wasting my tax dollars. I figure I should be ahead in that money war.

I have to give Minozzi credit. When he doesn't get his way he just keeps on trying and trying till he wears his constituents down and they finally acquiesce.
He is determined to have a toll regardless of what the people want or the fact that it is the States responsibility.
Keep it up Minozzi, that's how Marco became a city.
It failed and failed and failed until it finally passed.
Maybe you'll get lucky and the same will happen for you and your toll.

I can't even count how many years ago bullying was brought to the attention of then principal Robert Spano (of Tommie Barfield Elementary) Suggestions to hold informative assemblys for the children was totally rejected. I guess it wasn't part of his job.\\
I am for any kind of anti bullying strategy that the school board can come up with. We have assemblies on accepting children with disabilities, why not anti-bullying tactics as well? Unfortunately, we have enough proof to back up what happens to children who are bullied from past school shootings. It's time to stop it.
