Imagine if, during the campaign of 2008, someone had written the following: “If Barack Obama is elected president, then each year from now on the federal budget will be a trillion dollars in the red. He will pile up in two terms more debt than all previous presidents combined. Interest rates will stay at near zero; he will lower the Labor Force Participation Rate to 1979 (Jimmy Carter) levels. Record use of food stamps, unemployment, and disability insurance will be hallmarks of recovery. The government will take over health care, and the costs will skyrocket.
Why no mention of the 130,000 eligible workers that left the workforce in Feb, which contributed to more than 1% of the decrease. Over 2.5 million working age adults have left the workforce entirely since Obama took office so they are not even included in the unemployment rate. The real unemployment rate for December 2012 is closer to 23 percent.

Oct. 22 - Obama said “Now, with respect to Libya, as I indicated in the last debate, when we received that phone call, I immediately made sure that, number one, we did everything we could to secure those Americans who were still in harm’s way ...”
Oct. 25 - Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told a Pentagon press briefing that while there were forces in place in the region, the “basic principle is that you don’t deploy forces into harm’s way without knowing what's going on; without having some real-time information about what’s taking place.”
However we have now confirmed that during the terrorist attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi the White House Situation Room was receiving real time information from three different sources simultaneously, two overhead drones and emails as well as a possible real time video feed directly from the U.S. Consulate.
So, if the president is telling the truth that he actually instructed his assistants to get aid to Benghazi, then the secretary of defense apparently refused to obey the president's order. Of course it's far more likely the president is not telling the truth again.

The recession was a result of the Mortgage Meltdown which was caused by democrats like Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, ACORN and their attorney Barack Obama that forced financial institutions to pass out mortgages like candy to folks without the means to pay back the loans.

Obama's Top Ten Lies 1. "He did call it an act of terror." Obama's reference to "acts of terror" in his Sep. 12 statement was in an abstract sense, and came long after he had described the 9/11 attacks as demonstrations against an anti-Islam video. For 2 weeks the Obama Administration publicly blamed the attack on a video over 47 times.
2. "He wanted to take them into bankruptcy without providing them any way to stay open." Obama did take the auto companies through a managed bankruptcy exactly as Romney had proposed. Romney said: "In a managed bankruptcy, the federal government would propel newly competitive and viable automakers, rather than seal their fate with a bailout check."
3. "In what new ways do you intend to rectify the inequalities in the workplace, specifically regarding females making only 72 percent of what their male counterparts earn?" Diana Furchtgott-Roth pointed out: "Women make about 95 percent of what their male counterparts earn, if the male counterparts are in the same job with the same experience.". The exception is in the White House where the average female employee for the White House earns about 18 percent less than the average male employee.
4. "And the production is up....What you’re saying is just not true." Obama contested a claim that production of oil is down on federal lands. Romney was exactly right.
5. "You can ship jobs overseas and get tax breaks for it." We have heard the same lie for 8 years. In 2004, he ran for U.S. Senate on a promise to end such tax breaks and again when he ran for President. And yet he has never done anything about it--because there are no such tax breaks.
6. "They rely on it for mammograms." Obama claimed Planned Parenthood provides mammograms to women to help prevent breast cancer. It's just untrue--and even left-leaning mainstream media fact-checkers have acknowledged that.
7. "I want to make sure our timekeepers are working here." Obama complained that he was not receiving as much time to speak. And for the third debate in a row, the Obama/Biden ticket actually spoke for much longer.
8. "He called the Arizona law a model for the nation." As Romney pointed out, he was referring specifically to the e-Verify part of the law.
9. "...[H]e was asked, is it fair for somebody like you, making $20 million a year, to pay a lower tax rate than a nurse or a bus driver....And he said, yes, I think that’s fair." Romney was not saying it was fair that higher income should be taxed at a lower rate. He was referring specifically to the principle that capital gains should be taxed lower than other income because it has been taxed once already--a principle that Obama agrees with in his own tax policy.
10. "I told you I would cut taxes for middle-class families, and I did." Even the liberal Huffington Post acknowledges that's not true. The few tax cuts that Obama did enact--such as the temporary payroll tax holiday--were short-term, or conditional.
Obama was such a liar about Libya. For weeks the entire country witnessed Obama and his Administration blame the video and explicitly deny that is was a "planned attack". How many times did we hear them say it was "spontaneous"?
I couldn't be more disappointed or disgusted with Obama and his dishonest Administration with their latest cover-up.
The Intelligence folks already confessed they told the White House within 24 hrs that it was a terrorist strike associated with al Qaeda, so Hillary and the State Dept are just being used as scapegoats to cover for Obama's lies.

Obama can't talk about accomplishments, because he has none. Sure, he passed the Stimulus and Obamacare and Dodd Frank, but it is hard to sell any of this as success when it is all hugely unpopular and terrible policy. To most Americans, it doesn't compute.
The stimulus was a pork-laden exercise in rewarding backers of Barack through investment in crony capitalist green-energy pipe dreams and transfer payments to cities and states to help avoid having to reckon with their bloated public union payrolls (big Obama supporters). Because if you vote Barack, you should never have to go back, to a day when government wasn't bleeding the taxpayer dry with exorbitant salaries and pensions for public sector employees -- if there ever was such a time.
So...he didn't talk about the Stimulus, but he did mention his bailout of GM and Chrysler and how they can't make cars fast enough. Yet...surprisingly, saving GM -- or more precisely the UAW, has cost taxpayers more than $25 billion and GM is headed for bankruptcy, yet again. He didn't mention that. But then, why would he?
Obamacare, a multiple thousand page legislation destroying medical care in America, is ever more unpopular by the day. It turns out, you can't keep your insurance provider, even if you like it, and taking $716 billion out of Medicare cannot be portrayed as good for seniors. And...shock of all shocks, premiums will not go down and Obama's dream of transformation will cost taxpayers trillions to implement.
Dodd Frank, another multiple thousand page legislation, has solved nothing, except making it nearly impossible for people to get mortgages and businesses to get financing. He didn't mention Dodd Frank, but he did mention greedy banks. They ruined everything – after Frank, Dodd, ACORN and Obama forced them to hand out mortgages like candy to folks that couldn't afford them – thereby triggering the great mortgage meltdown which caused the great recession.

Every classroom desk that DREAM act supporters give to an illegal alien (subsidized by American taxpayers) deprives an American kid the same opportunity to attend that college.
There are only so many desks available and it's already very difficult to be accepted in most colleges.
The preferential treatment of illegal alien kids over American kids is wrong, and unfair.
The government's primary role is to protect its citizens. Why then, with millions of Americans out of work, is Obama giving work permits to illegal aliens, making it even more difficult for Americans to find work? Isn't the government's responsibility to make it harder for businesses to hire illegal aliens - not easier?

Conservatives want to make poor people rich instead of making rich people poor.
Liberals want to make rich people poor instead of making poor people rich.

Socialism is supposed to level the playing field but it attempts to do so by knocking people down as opposed to lifting other people up.

He stated yesterday that the reason for our anger is the rapid increase in prices, not the prices themselves. Obama claimed that Americans would have accepted a “gradual adjustment” to the current cost. Obama's Energy Secretary Steven Chu: “Somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe” Mr. Chu has called for gradually ramping up gasoline taxes over 15 years to coax consumers into buying more-efficient cars and living in neighborhoods closer to work.
