I agree with a more relaxed atmosphere at the council meetings which can include the councilors removing their ties and dressing in a business casual manner. I think this would make it more relaxed for citizens to speak at the meeting and not have them possibly feel intimidated by business suits. I certainly feel that clothing does not make the person, it is what the person says and does that matters.
