Glad Carter has been caught. The likes of him doesnt help the real estate market on this island. If GinaToro's comment is correct, the investigators need to check out the person who called her.

Lock him up and throw away the key! Then get the other big mortgage fraudsters that robbed the Island and a lot of banks! And the Realtors that helped them along.
PS- the name mentioned in the first comment was one of the loudest voices in bringing Carter to justice. He's not a part of this.
