Native plants WERE there prior to their removal and plants are plants and grow as their species allow. Now the ecosystem has changed unfortunately. Keeping exotics out is important but their removal is only what should have happended there. This issue has nothing to do with dogs, people and a view. The covenants, plat etc., have to be enforced to keep the beauty as was intended in the first place. I truly hope a compromise is reached but I have to side with the covenants strictly. It is beautiful out there.

So I would ask the State Attorney Prosecutor why HE/SHE took so long. This is normal with them.
