at the age of 23 i was allowed 2 drive, i was able 2 vote, i could order a drink, i could join the army and go 2 war(all though i personally did not join the army) at the age of 23 my parents could not claim me on their taxes and if i had (which i did not) committed a major crime i would b charged as a adult. wow its crazy what "a kid" can do...may b u marcoeye were a kid at 23 but the rest of us r adults and come 2 think of it your comment proves 2 me u r still acting like a kid....grow up!!....S .. ps. get well soon kev
